On every self-guided cycling and walking tour with Apulia Bike Tours you navigate with an app on your own smartphone, included in the price: it holds your personalised itinerary with day-by-day GPS tracks, a digital roadbook, points of interest, hotel vouchers and emergency numbers. The maps also work offline, and we provide a phone holder. The app replaced our old GPS devices years ago.
How does the app work?
Once your itinerary and accommodation are confirmed, our team builds your personalised trip in the app. You download it to your smartphone before you leave and, each morning, open the day's stage and follow the track on the map.
You don't need to rent or carry a separate GPS device: your phone is enough, and we give you a holder to keep it in view while you ride.

If you have a question on the way, the app has our contacts: the assistance line is open 7 days a week from 8:30 to 19:00.

The app is a digital travel companion designed for people who love walking or cycling. Beyond the route, it points you to local food, artisans and the best views of Puglia, selected by our team, so you discover the region the way a local would.
